Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father but through Me.”
(John 14:6)
Is Jesus the only way to be acceptable with God? Are there other roads to Heaven and into the presence of God? Christ Himself said that He was the ONLY way! In today’s society, this question demands an answer. If you profess to be a Christian, you cannot vacillate on this question. You must take the stand that Jesus is the only way of salvation and the only way to be accepted by a holy God!
As a Christian you must denounce the popular concept of Syncretism – the attempt to unite all religions and declare them to be equal, or as they argue, one religion is as good as another. If Jesus is the only way, the philosophy of Syncretism is false. This philosophy has taken up the name of “tolerance”, saying that I have no right to judge another’s religious beliefs. Certainly we must be respectful of other people’s religions, but that does not mean that we think or accept their religion to be true and legitimate.
